My work hours are Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and my practice is telehealth-only. I currently have openings for weekly individual therapy clients who are ready to commit to at least four months of sessions. Please note that since I’m licensed in Oregon, I can only see clients who currently reside within Oregon and who are in Oregon during time of service. I do not offer in-person sessions.
I’m excited to share that I now also offer a 10-week accelerated therapy experience! Schedule a 15-minute meet-and-greet call with me to learn more.

I’m going to be honest about this upfront: I am strict about my cancellation policy!
My clients have a 48 business hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. For example, if a client’s weekly appointment time is at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays, they must let me know that they need to cancel or reschedule by 1 p.m. on Monday.
Clients who do not give me 48 business hours notice, or those who no-show their appointments, will be charged my full fee.
-
If you’re interested in weekly individual therapy sessions, my current fees are $195 for 50-minute sessions and $270 for the initial 90-minute assessment. If you’re interested in my 10-week accelerated therapy experience, we will discuss the fee and payment schedule on a meet-and-greet call.
I have made the intentional choice to be a private pay provider, which means I am not contracted with any insurance companies. If you have health insurance that has out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill. It's on you, though, to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm what your out-of-network benefits are. You would be responsible for paying my full fee at the time of service, and you would be responsible for submitting the superbill to your insurance company. (Please note though: Many insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis, even for superbills! Just some food for thought if you have strong feelings about a mental health diagnosis on your record.)
I accept payment with debit or credit cards.

Due to the deep work I do with clients, I do not provide adjunctive EMDR. (Adjunctive EMDR is when a secondary therapist provides EMDR to a client who already has a primary therapist.) There are other EMDR therapists in Oregon who offer adjunctive EMDR though, so I can provide referrals if needed.
-
I can only work with clients who currently reside in Oregon and who are in Oregon at time of session.

If it seems that we’d likely be a good fit, we’ll go ahead and schedule our first appointment.
If you want weekly individual therapy, then our first appointment will be a 90-minute assessment appointment. After the assessment is complete, and if we both still agree that we’d be a good fit, we’ll start individual therapy sessions.
If you want the 10-week accelerated therapy experience, we’ll schedule our first two sessions.
Given the deep, exploratory, and healing work that I do with folks, I do not typically provide short-term therapy, and I do not provide adjunctive EMDR.
-
I don’t work with couples, families, or kids. If you’re looking for a couples therapist, family therapist, or child/adolescent therapist, I can provide some referrals.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”, which explains how much your care will cost. This document is required to be provided to you when you aren’t using health insurance, or when you don’t have insurance, to pay for medical or mental health services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total estimated cost of any non-emergency services.
We would be a good fit if…
You’re worried about sharing more with people in your life, but you also want to feel more comfortable sharing about your life with them
You’re ready to invest in your healing work. You’re ready to block off your calendar for your scheduled sessions, and you’re prepared to take what you learn in sessions and put it into practice
You’re a sensitive millennial professional who’s in touch with your emotions…and you’re ready to explore why you feel so misunderstood and lonely
You want a therapist who will show up as her empathetic, friendly, silly self and who will question the versions of “professionalism” that are rooted in white supremacy culture and the various -isms
We wouldn’t be a good fit if…
You aren’t sure you want therapy, but people in your life are trying to forcefully push you to do it
You aren’t ready to take a proactive stance in your own life, and you want a therapist to tell you what you should do with your life
You either aren’t ready to commit to weekly sessions, or you need lots of support between sessions
You want a therapist who will engage in “debate” with you about whether various forms of oppression/violence against marginalized communities are real
